Privacy

• What gets saved: what people type into the chat, the replies, and any name, phone or email they choose to give so you can follow up.
• What it's used for: answering your customers, sending you their requests, and your monthly report. That's it.
• No selling, no ads: I don't sell anyone's info, and there are no advertising cookies.
• It says it's an AI. Every chat window says so, and it'll tell anyone who asks.
• Want something deleted? Email me with the phone or email you used, and I'll delete it and confirm within 30 days.

The agreement, in plain words

It's one page. Here's what it says:

• Month to month. Either of us can cancel with 30 days' notice. An email is enough. Months already paid aren't refunded.
• What you pay: the monthly price for your plan, billed automatically, plus a one-time setup fee. Pay for a year up front and setup is free. If I ever change prices, you get 30 days' notice first.
• What I do: set it up, host it, keep it running, and update it when your info changes. If it gets something wrong, I fix it fast.
• What you do: give me accurate info, approve it before it goes live, tell me when things change, and answer the leads it sends you. It never confirms a booking by itself.
• No promises I can't keep. I can't promise a certain number of leads or sales. Nobody honest can.
• Your stuff is yours. Your business info, logo, chats and leads belong to you. If you leave, I'll send you a copy on request and delete it within 30 days.
• Late payments: if a bill is more than 15 days late, the chat may pause until it's paid. I'll email you first.
• Idaho law covers the agreement.

How chats and data are stored

• Encrypted on the way: everything travels over secure connections (HTTPS).
• Where it lives: with well-known providers that run the service: Vercel for hosting, Upstash for the database, Google for email, and Anthropic for the AI that writes the replies. They can only use it to provide their service.
• Not public: your chats and leads sit behind a private login. Only you and I can see them.
• Not kept forever: older chats are deleted automatically as new ones come in. If you stop using the service, your chats and contact records are deleted within 30 days of your request.
• No card numbers or sensitive info. The assistant is set up to never ask for payment cards, passwords or sensitive personal info like health details. If someone types one in anyway, I'll delete it when you or they ask.
• It only knows what we give it. It answers from info you approve, and it doesn't search the internet.
